I know some of the Boss Chics were up at 2 a.m. doing whatever it was they needed to do, be it, work, leaving a party or family members, attempting to get that beauty sleep, taking care of "business" yeah u know what kind at 2 a.m. ha ha, or standing in line for the Black Friday Sales! Whatever was floating your boat today I hope you remembered to give Thanks for the day before and all through the weekend. Everyday for that matter, but particularly this weekend. See, there are some Boss Chics who are making sacrifices right now to one day reap the benefits of relaxing and shopping, and I want to SALUTE them as well as the Boss Chics who are enjoying their weekend! We have a lot to be thankful for, minus the materials/stereotypes that are advertised during this week! But remember that what's really important, is all the things that you do have. Real Success, is being humble with what you already have and not focusing on the have nots.
Me, myself, I'm thankful for life, because somebody that was around last year, isn't this year. I'm thankful for my friends, because they happen to be some of the most *positive* people in my life, and they encourage me so much. I'm thankful for my job, even though, its part time and it barely pays the bill, I'm a BOSS, I make it work for me, and so many people are *struggling* to find one. I'm thankful for my FAMILY, so many families are dysfunctional, and discouraging, but I happen to have a GREAT one, even though they are still dysfunctional. When it comes down to it, if I need them, they are there. I'm thankful for my MAN! Gosh, Boss Chics, if you are blessed with a man, that will do anything to take care of you and your family, be thankful. There are so many *CHICKS* (Lesson: Chic= Classy...Chick= Chickens) who want a sample of that, so this weekend, just be thankful, we will deal with his mess on a later date. :) And I am THANKFUL that GOD gave us a SON that DIED for our sins. This is so overlooked by most people that they don't even consider how much of a sacrifice that is. We can barely sacrifice a soda for a day. Can you IMAGINE what all he has done in our life?
So this post is saluting those who are blessed enough to go out and have a good time this weekend. But for the ones who are out making sacrifices, or seem like you are at a point where your *BOSS* tank is on empty, Give THANKS anyway! Look Around! WE LOVE YOU! We see you trying and we are thankful that you get to live to see another day! Also, take the time this weekend and be of service to someone. Call somebody you haven't called in a long time, smile at someone, offer a compliment! I guarantee they will be thankful for it.
Be Safe, Enjoy yourself, No drinking and driving, Protect Yourself, Cherish Every Moment, Enjoy the meal that I know you are thankful for, a lot of love went into that! Stay POSITIVE!
How Thankful Are YOU????
Let US Boss Chics KNOW!
Now take this to the Cabinet and File IT! Under Thankful, that is :)

I am thankful for Life...good health and positive people in my life....we do offer overlook things and take things for granted instead of just being thankful to be alive. I'm thankful for life, because no matter how hard it gets for me there are millions of people in the world who dream about living the life I live. I am thankful for my son, who pushes me to do something bigger today than what I did yesterday... Everyday. I am thankful for my family and friends who may not always understand me, or agree with me, yet still love me unconditionally. I'm thankful for my job because without it I have nothing. And lastly I'm thankful for my God that gave me this destiny <3
